SELECTIVE SERVICE SYSTEM NOTICE FIFTH REGISTRATION of MALE CITIZENS of the United States and other MALE PERSONS who were born on or after January 1, 1922 and on or before June 30, 1924 shall take place on Tuesday, June 30, 1940, 7 AM to 9 PM, High School Auditorium
Every such person within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, who has not previously registered shall on said registration day present himself for registration.
