Annual Town Reports

This collection contains Annual Town Reports that are either scanned or we have original digital copies.

We are on the lookout for reports from the following years:

1872 (presumably), 1874, 1875, 1876,1877, 1879
1880, 1881, 1882, 1883, 1884, 1886
1915, 1916

Reports before 2013 were scanned to PDF files. The typical size is between 20-70 megabytes. After 2013, the original PDFs were obtained from town hall and are significantly smaller in download size.

The reports that were scanned have automated text recognition applied. This means the documents are searchable with most PDF viewers. However, please note that text recognition, while "good", is by no means perfect - so don't solely depend it on for all searches.
