A true return of the names of all the persons enrolled in the Militia, in the town of

Sudbury Thos. Stearns Town Clerk.

By "An Act in addition to the several Acts concerning the Militia," passed on the 24th day of March last, a list of all the persons therein described, as liable to be enrolled in the Militia, is to be annually made out by the Assessors, and placed in the hands of the Clerk of every city or town in the Commonwealth, who is to record such list. and annually transmit returns of the Militia thus enrolled, to the Adjutant General's Office, in the month of May or June. The annexed blank form has, therefore, been prepared for that purpose, in conformity to the 34th Section of the 12th Chapter of the Revised Statutes.
