"Every nation has its own providential mission. In my opinion, Poland's mission was to be a chance for Faith and Christian civilization. The Polish Nation fulfilled its mission in the past, faithfully even in times of painful trials: Poland Forever Faithful." (i.e. Poland always faithful). I wish I could always fulfill! The greatness and the prosperity of this admirable nation are linked to the highest reason for its existence. F. Marmaggi Apostolic Nuncio

Ignacy Paderewski on the Role of the Catholic Church: "Most importantly, I believe that we should focus today on the Catholic Church, with which Poland is connected as closely as perhaps no other country. Through the Church, Poland was born as a serious contributor to the overall treasury of civilization and culture. Thanks to the Church, a strong and powerful state will be reborn, for only such a state can truly exist, never a weak one doomed to eternal internal struggles and exposed to constant attempts by enemies."

On the Occasion of the 40th Anniversary of the Establishment of St. Casimir Parish in Maynard. May I be permitted to extend my heartfelt wishes for your continued flourishing and long life to you, esteemed priest, Father Doctor Miaskiewicz. And for you, dear compatriots, older residents who remember the joyful days of the establishment of St. Casimir's parish and the construction of the church, I wish that you may live to see the golden anniversary in good health and prosperity. We should be proud of fulfilling our duty towards God and our Homeland, and grateful to our Polish priests for their effort and work dedicated to the good of us and for the future of our children. I remember ... the late Father Jablonski, his carpenter work and various difficulties ... Father Dziok, whose effort led to the creation of our beautiful little church ... the kind figure of Father Maciaszek ... As one of the few remaining alive, I express our heartfelt gratitude here for our esteemed priests. You have won the love of our hearts with your affection for everything that is Polish and Catholic. Long live and may the parish of St. Casimir grow and thrive with our beloved parish priest, Rev. Dr. F. S. Miaskiewicz, D.C.L. at the helm. Jozef Arciszewski former president of the W.P.M.B. The Role of the Church and the Pope of the Poles
Perhaps never before, as in the last dozen or so years, have various doubters with half-baked heads and evil hearts worked so hard and so much ugliness that they would not attribute to it. Understanding, with a well-formed conscience, good people do not believe this, because they can see what the Church does for them and what it is for them. Unstable, uncertain people in everything, people of bad character can sometimes be deceived by various opportunists and charlatans, who out of foolish pride and due to their bad life have abandoned the true Church of God established by Christ, and have founded some new "national" churches, placing the nation above God. For this is nonsense, everyone can see who still has a healthy sense of reason, for He did not create nations for God, but God created nations for Himself.

Parish Patron - St. Kazimierz the Prince
A first-class star in the history of the Catholic Church and a precious pearl in the crown of the Polish Nation is our fellow countryman St. Casimir, Prince ... who, although he was only 25 years old when he passed away, earned himself a place in heaven and, among us Poles, a deepest and eternal honor.

Jozef Rusielewicz
He left us in sadness because he died...
However, he left us in joy because until the end he was faithful to God and went to receive his eternal reward.
One of the prominent founders and pioneers of the Polish parish in Maynard.
A paternal guardian and teacher of several generations of Polish children in Maynard.
The organist and the unparalleled singer.
The sacristan and church worker is inexhaustible.
A person in truth and God's love is fearless.
A humble and modest person, but a person of great nature.
Many of us will fade into oblivion, but he will not fade from the memory of people and God for a long, long time.
Eternal rest grant him, O Lord ... And let perpetual light shine upon him.
