A Maynard Lodge (IOOF) No. 131 Third Annual Concert & Ball dance card (or Order). The Ball was held on Thanksgiving Eve, Nov. 25, 1891, at the Music Hall, Maynard. Brigham's Orchestra (10 pieces) provided the music. Harry Brigham was Prompter and Wm. Brigham was Director.

This dance card was used by Mr. Brooks Reed.
