Photos include exterior views of the building ca 1994, and views from the property in both directions along Summer St.
Also included are floorplans of the first and second floor, along with maps showing flood zones and the railroad tracks. A 1960 probate court document details the property boundaries.
The building was built ca 1900. In addition to the funeral home and the real estate office, it was Quaint Things / Call-A-Copy gift, antique, and print shop, owned by Eloyse Healy. It was torn down ca 2018 and an apartment building was built on the site.
