The house was built in 1920 by the American Woolen Company for workers housing. It was sold in 1933 to Joseph Tannuzzo . He owned
various Gas Stations along Powdermill road. He raised his family there Raymond, Annmarie and Nancy with his wife Lillian. The house was sold by the family in 1992 . They lived there some 59 years.
