The Twilight Club was organized in Maynard in 1904. Built a cottage at Lake Boone the following year. The club remained in existence until 1965, when they voted to disband and sell the property at Lake Boone. Five of the original members were still living at the time of the sale of the property: Jack Keegan, Pat Murphy, Jim Ledgard, Bill Cleary, Charlie McGill.
Ralph Sheridan was secretary of the club when it disbanded.
