This shuttle was used in the weave room of the Assabet Mills and has been in the possession of John W. Katvala for more than fifty years. Mr. Katvala is living in California, and when he learned that we were looking for a shuttle he immediately located one and donated it. Mr. Katvala spent his early years in Maynard.
