From the introduction: "The completion of the Concord, Maynard and Hudson Street Railway connects important trolley lines and opens to electric travel a section of the country hitherto untraversed by the steel roadway."
The brochure describes the country along the route including photos of historic houses, bridges and buildings. It includes a fold out map that shows the original route. It was later extended from Maynard to South Acton and then to West Acton.
