Originally the Cannon's Block, this is where the Kaleva Cooperative Association first opened in January 1907. The dining hall upstalirs opened in 1916. Kaleva later became the United Co-operative Society occupying this site until the 1970's.

These tanks were located on Euclid Avenue. Oil sales and delivery was one of the many services offered to the co-op's members.

This was a welcome home parade for the men who had served in WWI. The men are marching up Summer Street in front of the Riverside Cooperative building with the library entrance decorated. The windows on the upper floor are the Cooperative Hall.
