    Original World War I Honor Roll
            Erected and donated to the town by Mrs. Orrin S. Fowler.  It was later moved to Memorial Park and permanent one erected by Harry and Guyer Fowler in memory of Mrs. Fowler.        
        
                
        
        
    50th Anniversary Parade - April 19, 1921
            World War I veterans led by Corporal Harold V. Sheridan participating in the Town's 50th Anniversary Parade.

            Dedicated on Sunday, November 15, 1925 in honor of the men who gave their lives in World War I.  Congressman Edith Nourse Rogers of Lowell was the principal speaker.

            Battery D, 2nd Field Artillery, Captain W.C. Brayne, Commanding, of Lowell, firing the fifty gun salute on the morning of April 19, 1921 on the hill at the rear of the Brooks Reed residence on Summer Street.        
        
                
        
        
    World War I Medal
            A welcome home celebration occurred on July 4th, 1919 for the returning servicemen from WWI.  There was a parade, speakers and presentation of the medal to each service man.
