The picture was taken on Summer Street of the Lady Warwich Lodge, a Lodge of the Order of Independent Daughters of St. George.

The church was built in 1896. The building is now a private residence.

Charles Berriel took this picture for the Maynard Historical Society showing the Soldier's and Sailor's Monument in the center with World War II Honor Roll at the left and World War I Honor Roll at the right.
