Fire at 55-59 Main St. - 1998
At the time of the fire T. C. Lando's and Salislito's occupied the first floor and Corner Pocket Billiards was on the second floor. The fire resulted in the demolition of the building.
Demolition of Railroad Bridge off Main St. - 1989
In May of 1989 the last of the railroad bridge was removed to make way for the new foot bridge over the Assabet River and the new Tobin Park.
