Gavin Taylor 1866-1956
A black and white photo of Gavin Taylor, the overseer of the finishing department of the Assabet Mills. Mr. Taylor was active in town affairs and was a Water Commissioner for many years.

A copy of a photo of Aquilla Ruynard, who lived at 44 Brown St., Maynard, MA, and worked for the American Woolen Co. until 1936. Mr. Ruynard played Uncle Sam for the town during Maynard Merchants Week. This picture was taken in 1900.
