For several seasons Mass was said at the Twilight Club until Association Hall was built in the rear of the club
Twilight Club Members and Guests - 1905
Club was made up from fellows from Maynard. Built in 1904. Dissolved in 1964.
Music Hall Fire - 1912
The Music Hall was the center of all activity in town. Shows, balls, roller skating, dances, basketball, reunions, graduations, etc. Completely destroyed by fire in December 1912. (Tutto’s Alleys)
High School
Built in 1892 on the site of the original Nason Street School. Completely destroyed by fire on September 20, 1916. (Roosevelt School/Maynard Public Library). Rear view of the building.
Bancroft Street School
Opened on September 1906. First floor only. Second floor completed in 1910. Name changed to Coolidge School in 1932.
